    Default Chest Tightness After Smoking

So I've been smoking for about two years and it has been fucking great. In the past, smoking has always been really good to me but lately I've been getting this weird, kind of painful feeling in my chest while I'm high and even a couple days after. I have looked this up but the network I'm using won't let me access most weed sites. if you guys know the solution to this problem please let me know because it really ruins the high for me.

your heart beats faster, this makes some people anxious and a tight feeling in your chest follows

I have asthma and it exacerbates it sometimes.

On the other hand, all that smoking does end up gunking your chest/lungs area and might be suggestable to get a decent vaporizer and use that for a little while. It will clean out your chest, make you cough out all your grey nasty ash, and you'll feel great afterward. Champ up your lungs and all.

It's not anxiety. It's a physical problem, your lungs have been hit one too many times with ash, plant matter, and hot air.

You can try to breathe in warm-hot steam with some essential oils (tea tree, eucalyptical) and try to relax. If you have health insurance, I would suggest you to go a doctor and ask for an inhaler. Not quite natural but it is great for alleviating the discomfort instantly.

Yeah its not anxiety if you aren't high and you still have it Ihave asthma as well but my chest doesn't feel tight, when my asthma is acting up I feel like I'm being stabbed when I breath in.....id go to a doctor, you could have a lung problem, or possibly a heart problem....

Well I recently have become more conscious of my heart health (family problems and I use adderall quite a bit) and every time I smoke I feel like a lump in my heart, or slight tightness.

I think it's just anxiety since I've been thinking about it.

"Where contemporaries like 2Pac and The Notorious B.I.G. issued double-discs cluttered with filler, Wu-Tang Forever is purposeful and surprisingly lean, illustrating the immense depth of producer RZA and the entire nine-piece crew... The result is an intoxicating display of musical and lyrical virtuosity, one that reveals how bereft of imagination the Wu-Tang's contemporaries are."

I just realized this has only been happening since I've been smoking joints instead of glass.

I know this feeling but i have asthma. Have you ever considered going to the doctors? Try smaller hits, i know that helps me. Sometimes monster hits just aren't a good idea.
